Refunds/ Returns Policy
Clothing & Shoes must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund, refund will be given upon receipt of the return items, tags must be attached.
We unfortunately can not offer an exchange on the item you wish to return.
Underwear, Swimwear, Sale and Clearance items are no returnable, please make sure you order correct sizing, No exceptions
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
Please notify us of your return to bellzwardrobe@gmail.com however we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
We do not offer free or prepaid returns.
Please fill in the details on your packing sheet enclosed inside your parcel.
FAULTY ITEM
If you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.
Please email with your subject faulty item to bellzwardrobe@gmail.com with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours.
